Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where bank transfer is selected, processing may not begin until payment has been received and identified.

Where requested, customers should use their order number as the payment reference.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Processing and dispatch estimates are not guarantees.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided following dispatch.

9. Delivery

Peptide Science currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses only.

Estimated UK delivery time is approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility where it cannot legally be excluded.

10. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

If an error is identified after an order has been placed, please contact Peptide Science as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information.

We may request photographs, packaging information, the order number or other relevant evidence to investigate the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

14. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law.

Where UK consumer law provides a right to cancel an online purchase, that right is not removed by these Terms.

Certain products or circumstances may be subject to lawful exceptions to cancellation or return rights.
