3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
4. International Shipping
PS Research Labs offers shipping within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local import restrictions, which vary depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the import, possession, and use of research products comply with the laws and regulations of their country. PS Research Labs cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, confiscated, or seized by customs or other regulatory authorities.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to international orders.
7. Payment
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders placed using bank transfer will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
8. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
- International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, PS Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details where available.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
PS Research Labs cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch.
11. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain research products may be temperature-sensitive.
While all orders are carefully packaged for transit, PS Research Labs cannot guarantee product stability where delivery is delayed due to customs procedures, courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
12. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you and the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, help reach a satisfactory resolution. Claims relating to shipping issues may require confirmation from the courier before any further action can be taken.
13. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
14. Liability
PS Research Labs accepts no liability for the misuse, improper handling, storage, or unintended use of any products purchased through this website.
